A JEDEC tray containing 24 PEMs was inspected using the Tray Scan features on C-SAM. Red and yellow indicate delaminations at multiple locations in these parts. The Tray-Scan feature gives the C-SAM operator FACTS-like inspection capabilities including automatic analysis for production screening.
